Welcome
Effective January 2, 2012, I moved my business litigation practice into and became a shareholder of Klinedinst PC, a long-established and well-respected San Diego-based business law firm. The firm has over 50 attorneys across four Southern California offices, about 40 of whom are at the firm's main office located blocks from the state and federal courts in downtown San Diego.
Some of the best attorneys in San Diego and Southern California are in this firm, and I am pleased and proud to be joining them.
At Klinedinst, I will continue to represent entities and individuals in general and complex business, commercial, intellectual property, unfair competition, securities, business tort and real property litigation in state and federal courts.
