Mr. Crosby has fought and won cases in
federal, state, and appellate courts. He represents multi-national

and individuals. His cases involve a myriad of conflicts
spanning business, intellectual property, employment and tort litigation. He knows
the arenas and the different players. And he knows the most
effective strategies to use.
Mr. Crosby earned a juris doctor in 1983
from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is admitted
to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court; U. S. Court of
Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; U.S. District Court for the
Southern and Eastern Districts of California; U.S. Bankruptcy
Court for The Southern District of California; Supreme Court
of the State of California; and Superior and Municipal Courts
of the State of California.
He is a leader in numerous professional
organizations. Mr. Crosby is a past president of the Bar
Association of Northern San Diego County and the board of
trustees of the San Diego County Law Library. He is presently
serving on the board of directors of the San Diego Volunteer
Lawyer Program. He served on the board of the Law Library
Justice Foundation of San Diego County and as a Barrister
in the American Inns of Court, Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr.
Chapter 303.
Mr. Crosby has volunteered his time and
expertise to many civic and charitable organizations. He
resides in Poway with his wife and three daughters.
