Mr. Crosby earned a juris doctor in 1983 from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of California; U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California; Supreme Court of the State of California; and Superior and Municipal Courts of the State of California. He has been admitted to practice pro hac vice in state and federal courts in New York, Nevada, New Jersey, and North Carolina.
He is a leader in numerous professional organizations. Mr. Crosby is a past president of the Bar Association of Northern San Diego County and the board of trustees of the San Diego County Law Library. He served on the board of directors of San Diego Volunteer Lawyers and the Law Library Justice Foundation of San Diego County. Mr. Crosby served as a Barrister in the American Inns of Court, Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. Chapter 303 and the
J. Clifford Wallace Inn of Court.
Mr. Crosby volunteers his time and expertise to many civic and charitable organizations. He resides in Poway, California, with his wife and three daughters.
